Fall 2008 will be a turning point for music television. Our commitment to viewers, Internet users and music industry players is to offer rich and credible musical content. We’ll also have several new shows focusing on the interests of young adults – which means finding fun and dynamic ways to present a wide range of topics, including extreme sports, comedy, cars, technology and video games.
Still, music will remain the backbone of our programming, with over 50% of the grid dedicated to videos. So watch for Radar, a show that gives viewers a first look at up-and-coming artists and videos; VidéoDose, a 2-hour non-stop video party; and La Playlist de…, where VJ’s present their personal video choices. Plus, fans of punk, hip-hop, rock, pop and dance will all have their specific time slots to catch up on their favourite tracks.

It all boils down to music, music and more music, including the new daily offering MP6, an entertaining blend of music and comedy; État critique, an uncompromising critical appreciation of the latest releases; and Exclusif à MusiquePlus, your all-access pass to the hottest artists and events.
To connect even more with young adults, we’ll also have programs like Bum à tout faire, a magazine series made by and for “regular guys”; Casse-gueule, a unique look at extreme sports; and Accorde ton look, exploring the style and music of emerging artists.
On top of all this, the MusiquePlus universe also includes musiqueplus.com, which will be offering an ever-growing range of videos, VJ blogs and exclusive content to complement our TV offering.
